The defendant denied the whole of the plaintiff's allegations, and in further defence said that even if the charges were proved the representations had not been made by the defendant or any authorised agent'of his- ' '' ' ' . Air adjournment has been made in the partly-heard case in which Maurice Mantliel claimed damages from Arthur Bolton, and asked for an injunction against Bolton and others respectjng the advertising of. a. - "sale by mortr gage", of Mnntliel's interest in certain Courteuay Place property.
