___—>. — The twent.)-second general meeting of the Incorporated Institute of Accountants of Now Zea/aud was held in the Accountants' Chambers yesterday afternoon; at which Mr AY. M'Culloch, of Na-. pier (president), was in tho. chair, and members were present fr' oln a " .parts of New Zealand.' The report and balancesheet were adopted. A further sum of £105 was voted to the Sick and Wounded Soldiers' Fund. ■ Mr. S. G. Chambers. of Auckland, was elected president for the ensuing year, and Jlr. C. P. Powles (Wellington) vice-president; Messrs'. AV. AY. Bruce (Auckland), H. D. A r ickery (AVellington), H. Bicknell (Christchurcb). P. Barr (Dunedin), and AV. A. K. liyan (Dannevirke) were oleoteii .to the council; Mr. C. 0. Morpeth was re-appointed general secretary; and Mr. J. L. Arcus auditor.
