COLLEGE GOVERNORS MEET
Tho Governors of Wellington College met , yesterday morning. There were present : The Hon. J. G. W. Aitken (in the chair), and Messrs. J. P. I/uke, W. H. P. Barber, A. .War.burton. and W. F. Ward. The chairman announced that the balance-sheet for the _ year had . been audited: by tlio Auditor-General, and that it had been found correct and returned without any "tag." The resignation from tho Boys' College staff was' received from Mr. G. G. Robison, who has been appointed Registrar. of the .Victoria College University. It was decided to accept the resignation and to send to Mr. Robison a letter appreciably of liis long and useful service to the College Board of Governors. The statement of accounts as at July 28 showed> a credit hank balance of £2828 6s. 3d. Payments required were: Well iup ton. College, £692 17s. 5d., and Girls' College, £431 14s. 4a. Fees outstanding totalled £2678 ss. lid., and rents £426 9s. 2d. The fees outstanding include free plapo foos, Wellington College, £1375 10s. 5d., and Girls' College £1188 9s. and £1 12s. lOd.
