EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE
ANNUAL MEETING,
The forty-second annual meeting of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Educational Institute was held last evening. Mr. J. B. Hopkirk presided. There was a large attendance of members. ■ - Officers were elected as follows:— president, Mr. J. C. Webb, 8.A.; vicepresidents, Miss A. A. Dowdeswell, and Mr. E. H. Bellachey, 8.A.; treasurer, ' Mr. J. 0. Burns, M.A.; seoretary, Mr. W. W. Rowntree; auditor, Mr. A. Bary; committee, Misses E Williams, 8.A., and Sinclair, M.A., and Mr. J. B. Hopkirk and Mr. F. A.. Hempleman,
