HOTEL LICENSES
'At an adjourned: sitting of the Wellington Licensing Committee, held yesterday afternoon, Mr. W. 6. Riddell, S.M., presided. Messrs. It. Fletcher, M.P., and W. J. Helyer jrero associated with him on the Bench. Superintendent Ellison, on behalf of tho police, informed the Bench that tlio conditions required by it in respect to the Clyde Quay, Cricketers' Arms, and Empire Hotels had been complied with. The licenses of tho three hotels wero renewed, and the Court adjourned.
