AUSTRIA BORROWS FROM GERMANY

TO PAY OVERSEA DEBTS.

Berne, June 25. Austria-Hungary has borrowed twentyfive millions sterling from Germany for the purpose of meeting payments abroad. TWO BANKRUPTCIES IN SIGHT. (Rec. June 27, 4.5 p.m.) London, June 26.
