A wonderfully simple and effective idea has reoently been granted a patent in New Zealand, consisting of a reduction in. size in any part of the sheet in the non-detachable forms. Many devices have been nsed to effect the same end,i and it remains a matter of surprise that inventive minds have not previously realised the possibilities of a patented idea to. achieve the desired result.
