47,000 ENLIST DAILY TERRITORIALS VOLUNTEER FOR OVERSEA-SERVICE (Rec. August 12, 8.35 p.m.) London, August 12. Morning. For Lord Kitchener's second army, thousands are now enlisting daily. Tie mobilisation of tho Territorials is completing, and every unit is up to tho establishment.
