The lato Mr. Pignonit, who was born in Hobart in 1880, was a self-inupht c.rtist, nnd was 0110 of the foremost of Australian painters. Ho is represented in tho New South Wales National Gallery by several canvases, including one of "Mount Kosciusko," .
