Senor Sarbajal, the new President of Mexico, has ordered that all political prisoners shall bo released. General Carranza announces that ho <loes not wish to secure the Presidency. Ho is quito willing, after peace has been restored, to return to his own' estate, and'continue as a private citizen. However, ho intends to exercise military authority until a President is regularly elected. THE ULTIMATE QUESTION. •' London, July 17. '"Tile Times," in a leader, says: "President Wilson objected to Huerta on personal, constitutional, and ethical grounds.■' Mr. Wilson's efforts to 6ave tho Mexicans from themselves have contributed to the removal of a pertinacious obstacle, but the ultimate Mexican question is just beginning to reveal its true proportions." HUERTA AT PUERTO MEXICO. Huerta stated that.ho had not mado any plans. PRACTICALLY AN ARMISTICE. (Rco. The Federals are evacuating all points where.fighting is; likely, and aro concentrating southward to maintain order immediately around tho capital. <
