MUNICIPAL CONFERENCE.

- - OPENS THIS MORNING. ' ■ The - biennial conference of the Municipal Association:of N.Z. wall' be opened at 10 a.m. to-day in the Town Hall hy His Excellency the Governor, and /at. 1 p.m. the whole of the delegates will be entertained at luncheon in tho Town Hall Coacerfc Chamber! which function ■will be attended by Lord Liverpool, the .Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. F. I The Mayor (Mr. J. P. Luke), will | occupy,the chair as president of the association.- As a delegate he will represent, the Borough of Woodvillo. Councillors R. Fletcher and A. H.'
