In Borlin, since the Moroccan crisis, thero has boon perpetuated a discussion as to the_ possibility of Germany making systematic economic- preparations for war. A meeting of the. Permanent Committee which advises tho Government on commercial subjects has discussed tlio question under the Presidency of tho Minister of the Interior, and it has been decided that' tho committee shall take charge of tlio problem.
