Wall Street, New York:— ."New'York, Sept, 23, 1913. "The Mayor, Wellington, New £ea- : laud. Deaf Sir,—We are trying to getsome information concerning ft family named M'Cahill, in which there wem three brothers, Ocmo'lius-, James, and John, and probably a sister. About thirty-five years ago John lived in this vicinity, Cornelius in the western part of the United States,, and James hi some part of Ne'.V Zealand. _ We have heard nothing from James since about 1880. If liviug Bow he. is -entitled to about 20,000 dollars, a«4, if dead, leaving issue, they are entitled to the same, I wish you would bring this letter to''the a-tfce-iitioia of your ittflvspo-peps, a.ftd. no tjouht they will publish, the -same, and in that way it may come to the notice of someone who Can give us the desired information.''' .
