The Government suspended the session for three day's after tlio House of Peers had reaffirmed its decision acainst the Budget. Parliament .has been suddenly prorogued, and Cabinet has resigned. 'The navy loses six and a half millions sterling, as tho formor Budget becomes automatically operative.
