OWING to insufficiency of capital and consequent- devotion of profits to increased stock and trade accounts, the shareholders of the New Zealand Granite Quarries, Limited, have decided on a realisation of the afesets (except the took debts) of the Company. The Company's operations have shown a good profit on every year's working and an excellent opportunity is now open to investors, with either sufficient capital to adequately work the Company's business as a whole, or-to acquire stock, quarry site, or Auckland City freehold or leasehold. : The Coromandel granite, which has been extensively used throughout New Zealand, and for which there is a large and" increasing demand for all betterclass . buildings, has been supplied exclusively from- this Company's quarry.
