Anti-Columbian disturbances have resulted in connection witli the departure of the Colombian Government Agent. Tho rioting, which included the stoning of tho agent's house, was the outcome of an article in a Colombian newspaper, asserting that the people of Panama wero willing to return to their allegiance to Colombia. Tho relations between the two republics are embittered.
