REVELATIONS IN THE AUSTRIAN REICHSRATH. By TolecraDli—Prcas, j\63ooiation—OoDrrieht , Vienna, December 21. , Count Stuergkh, I'rimo Minister of Austria, speaking in tho Rcichsrath, sharply rebuked Herr Lavhjlas von Dliigosz,. Minister for Galicia, for divulging official secrets, and stating that Herr Stapinski, leader of tho Polish Nationalists, received £3000 from the secret service fund to buy off tho opposition of his newspaper to tho Government on the eve of the election. The revelations aro tho outcome of a quarrel between Dlugosz and Stapinski. An unfavourable impression has been aroused through Count Stnorgkh's admission that the press was bribed. Tho resignation of Herr Dlugosz is demanded.
