Other papors are being fined and confiscated daily. The evidence at tho trial included that of fourteeii of Yushchinsky'a schoolfellows, but this testimony was of not muoh .account. Two of them stated that tho police threatened them with imprisonment unless they altered their testimony concerning the date when they last saw Yushchinsky.
