MB. HAVELOCK WILSON'S BANKRUPTCY. By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyTight London, July 25. Mr. Havelock Wilson, secretary of tho Seamen's Union, in his suit against tho Shipping Federation and others for conspiracy to make him bankrupt, alleged that bogus unions were financed by tho Shipping Federation, for tho purpose of attacking and endeavouring to discredit him. Ho admitted that he had brought ftvo libel actions, and had obtained in each only a farthing damages.
