fSpscially Written for The Dominion.] MONDAY. Mulligatawny soup. Meat and potato pie, Potatoes. Parsnips. Marmalade puddiug. MARMALADE PUDDING. Four ounoes flour, 4oz. butter, 2oz, Bugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons marmalade or jam, 2 teaspoons milk, i teaspoon soda, dissolved in tho milk, pinch of salt. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream, add tho flour and marmalade, then the 6oda and milk, and last tho whites of eggs beaten, to a stiff froth. Grease a mould, and 6team li hours. Servo with marmalade Eauce, or make a couple of spoonsful of marmalado hot aud pour round (not over) the pudding. FOE TO-MORROW. Spinaoh. Stock. Leg of mutton. Carrots. Turnips. Breadcrumbs.
