SOAPMAKERS' DISPUTE.
■ A VALUABLE PROCESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 18. The application of Messrs. Brunner, Mond, and Company 'to restrain Lever Bros, from using the applicant's process for purifying ioils has been dismissed.' The defendants admitted that the process was worth a quarter of a million a year, but claimed that prior knowledge invalidated the patent.
