TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY. Rabbit soup. Little timbales of mutton. Potatoes, Baked tomatoes. Slewed fruit. Tapioca. pudding. RABBIT SOUP. About two quarts liquor tho rabbit was cooked in, ono teacupful rice, one cup milk, ono onion, salt and popper to taste, ono ounce butter. Peel and wish the onion, cut up finely, put it into the liquor with the salt, pepper, and butter, and simmer till tender. Then add rice and cook for about half an hour longer; add tho milk, allow it to come to the boil, sprinkle in chopped parsley, and serve. FRIDAY. Cottage broth. Boiled fish and anchovy sauce. Potatoes. Cabbage. Chocolate pudding. FOR SATURDAY. Stock, half-pint peas soaked overnight, chops, cold cabbage, suet. FOR SUNDAY. Fish, stock from Friday, oysters, roast of beef, tomatoes, salad, pastry, sponge cake. Defiance Butter Is. Id. per lb. All Grocers*
