A message from Halifax, Nova Scotia, 'states that tho steamer Uranium, a vessel of 5183 tons, is aground. Eight hundred passengers were aboard at the timo, but there was no panic among them. The pa c 6cngers were transhipped to tho lifeboats, and landed safely. The crew are, still aboard the steamer.
