Four thousand men have, struck nt tho Glamorgan Collieries and at lihoudda owing to deductions from thoir pay for leaving the pit in accordance with custom on the occasion of a fatal accident. The men contend that the minimum wage ought not to affect, the custom. The masters maintain that an appeal to tlie Conciliation Board ought to precede a strike.
