CASE OF W. J. CHIDLEY. By TelecraDi-Press Association-Coryrlsht Sydney, August 28. A report by the Inspector-General of tho Insane, Dr. Eric Sinclair, lias been tabled in the Assembly. It states that the Inspector-General is unnblc to certify that W. J. Chidley, the simple life advocate, is detained in tho asylum without sufficient cause. Chidley is- suffering from eystcmatised delusional insanity. The reason urged for his release—that he is harmless—could, .the report continue.?, be applied to r large majority of the inmates of iusaue asylums. :
