NINE BOYS DROWNED.
CUTTER CAPSIZES AT SHEERNESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighl (Rec. August 5, 9.15 p.m.) London, August 5. A serious accident occurred in connection with the encampment of the Dulwicli Scouts Mission at Sheerncss. A cutter containing 23 lads and five adults, cap sized, nine boys being drowned. Tin eoastguardsmen rowed two miles am: picked up the survivors.
