Mayue just failed to got home in time.

Macartney did not score, being bowled in playing back to Forester. Bardsley and Kelleway raised the score to 25 after fifty-five minutes' play. /

Rain delayed play for half an hour. On resuming, the batsmen added 5 runs, when'Cadman got Bardsley l.b.w.
