Mr. C. V. Goulter was yesterday admitted as a barrister of tho Supremo Court, on the motioii 'of Mr. H. F. O'Leary, whilo Mr. R. M. Rutherford, of Dunedin, was also admitted as a barrister. Mr. C. S. I'leming, of Wanganui," was admitted as a solicitor, on tho motion of Mr. T. Neave.

Mr. Justice Cooper proceeds to Auckland on Thursday to presido at tho Supremo Court sittings.
