GRAFTON TRAGEDY.
A CINGALESE ARRESTED. Ey Telegraph—Press Association—CoDjrizht Sydney, August 1, As a result of the infjuest 011 the man Hoey, who was found dead in Lis hut at Grafton, his companion, a half-casto Cingalese, named Thepgose, has been arrested. The arresting constable deposed that Theogose told him that lio and 'Hoey were in the tent, anil that two men entered it early in the morning. They shot Hoey, who was in bed, and took money to the amount of .£2 Is., and a cheque for .£2. They threatened Theogose if he told the police. Cartridges found .on 'l'hcogoso fitted the rifle with which the shooting was done.' , The inquest has not 'concluded, : 1
