POSTMASTER-GENERAL'S VISIT. ' (By Teleeraph.-BBCcial CorrwrondenU Wanganul, May 3. The election of three members of tho Kaitoko Road Board resulted in the return of. Messrs. D. Blyth, A. Cameron, and M'lntosh.
