$ FINANCIAL CLAUSES UNSATISFACTORY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, April 22. The General Council of Irish County Councils reports that the financial clauses of tho Home Rule Bill are unsatisfactory, and need drastic .amendment. Plio minimum demand, the report says, must includo Ireland's retention of alt her taxes, subject to a 0 per centum contribution to Great Britain, and tho Irish Parliament's control of all Irish services. ANTI-HOME RULERS. London, April 22. The Duke of Devonshire, Lord Midleton, and tho Earl of Iverry addressed an enthusiastic Munster anti-Home/Rulers' demonstration at Cork. ! Mr. Redmond has received cablegrams from, the Archbishops of Sydney and Melbourne, and the Bishops of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and NewZealand, approving of tho Homo Rule Bill. The Nationalists invited Mr. W. G. C. Gladstone, M.P. for Kilmarnock Burghs, to attend tho Irish Convention in Dublin. JMr. W. G. C. Gladstone is a grandson of the late Rt. Hon. W. E. Gladstone.]
