The conference between the Greyinouta Wharf Labourers' Union and llio representatives of the various shipping comrallies trading to lireyuiouth was continued to-dav. It is understood that the two bodies'were unable to arrive at a satisfactory settlement. Tho owucrs submitted (heir proposals in reply to tho men's demands, but these were rejected.
