Berlin, February 11. A bronze bust of tho Emperor has been sent to Lord Haldano by the Kaiser as a token of his appreciation of Lord naldane's interest in connection with an Anglo-German rapprochement.
Lord Haldano left after a conference with Sir Ernest Casscl.
