There is a water famine at Launceston, owing to tho fall of the tunnel at St. Patrick's River, the source of the supply. Water has been completely cut off, and business is dislocated. The sanitary system has been stopped. (Rec. February 11, 5.5 p.m.) Hobart, February 11. Repairs to the Launceston aqueduct and .(unnel are completed, and tho watersupply is now normal.
