The foreign telephones have been cut off, and several aeroplanes at Etiiraps destroyed. Fifteen persons were drowned from a fishing boat at Boulogne. FIFTY-FOUU FISHERMEN DROWNED. (Rec. December 25, 5.5 p.m.) ' Paris, December 24. Fifty-four fishermen wore drowned in the recent gales. Twenty wives have lost their husbands, and seventy-five children have been left fatherless at Staples.
