PRISONERS TAKE CHARGE.
RUSSIAN GAOL THROWN OPEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, October 31. A party of criminals, while attempting to escape from the Borisov prison, Minsk, West Russia, killed a warder. They seized his revolvers and keys, and liberated 105 prisoners. They exchanged volleys with tho warders. Two criminals and a warder were killed.
Tho ringleaders were captured and put in irons.
