Renter's Paris correspondent reports that it is semi-officially stated tint Germany's reply in regard to Morocco lias bofii received. It includes fresh demands and reservations, wliicli require serious consideration. FRENCH OFFICIAL STATEMENT. (Rcc. September 29, 10.45 p.m.) Paris, September 29. Tlio Primo .Minister, M. Caillaux, states tliat Germany's fresh proposals with regard to Morocco merely relato to the niodi(ication of formulae on which ail agTeo* ment had not previously been readied and do not relate to the economic situation, which lias been settled. Several newspapers suggest that Germany is attempting to keep tho Moroccan question open pending a settlemenit of tho tonus of compensation in tho Congo.
