MOHAMMEDANS TAKE TJP ARMS. By Telesraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 27, 10.10 p.m.) Constantinople, September 27. The Mohammedan Albanians have revolted in tho Rozaj district, killing the Kamaikan and capturing the garrison. The revolt is spreading. The object is to secure for Mohammedans the samo concessions as were granted the Malissori tribe.
