FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds, chancinc to northerly after about sixteen hours. Tho ' barometer is unsteady, and ia likely to fall in tho south for a' westerly area of low pressure of moderate intoncity due , to pass on Friday. Fair to cloudy and Tathor milder weather may bo looked for during the next twenty-four hours. The barometer rose during the night, with moderate to strong south-westoriv winds and cold and showery weather.
