(Specially written for The Dominion.) FBIDAY. Sago soup. Curried fish. Mashed potatoes. Turnips. liolypoly pudding. , CUPHIED FISH. Fish, ono tablespoonful of coconut, boiled rico, lemon, lobster coral, two ounces butter, one onion, one apple, juice of half a lemon, two heaped dessertspoonfuls of carry powder and flour, one pint of fish stock, water or milk, salt to taste, and slice the onion and applo, put Utom in a. stewpan with the butter and c;rry powder, and fry gently 20 minutes, ili:: the flour in smoothly, add the stock and talt, and stir until it boils. Let it simmer 20 minutes, skin and bono tho fish, and cut it into small fillets. Add it and the coconut to the curry sauce, and rimmer very gently for about 20 minutes, until tho flsli is tender. Add a good sqncczo of lemon jtiiee, pour on to a hot dish. Arrango a border of nicely boiled rico round it, sprinkle vvtr it tho lobster coral, and garnish with half slices ef onion.
