Rough weather on the coast has caused the steamers at practically all northern ports to bo bar-bound. The worst butter famine in Sydney for twenty years has resulted. THE WEATHER MODERATING. (Rec. August 15, 0.15 a.m.) Sydney, August 15. The weather is moderating and several vessels have left the rivers, partially relieving the butter shortage.
