FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present indications ore for moderate to strong westerly wind 3, cloudy and showery .weather generally. The barometer will probably riso slowly in the ' far north, but is unsteady elsewhere. A further fall is likely to precede a smart rise in about twenty-four hours.
