Obituary. There died at Greytown on Sunday Anikanara Ecremaia, widow of the_ late Heremaia Tomaihotua, chief of the NgatiIlinewaka and Ngati-Hikawera tribes. Deceased was the mother of Niniwa Heremaia, a well-known Native lady, and was aged about 87 or 88. She belonged to the Haniua, Ngati-Koura, and other hapus. Having been an invalid for some years, she preferred to livo a quiet and retired life. Tho taugi and funeral will be held jt Tablelands, Martinborough, somo time during the week.
