During the night of June 14 the destroyers Zephyr and Zebra were in collision at tho mouth of tho Thames while currying out r.ight exercises. The stern of the Zephyr scooped along the upper deck on [he port side of tho Zebra, sweeping into the sea one of her Gpoundsr quick-firing suns, her whaler, and davits, and also a portion of the rail guard.
