In . connection with the compositors* action against the, Scottish Typographical Association, the Court of Session at Ediiy burgh has decided that the Osborne judg. ment does not apply to an unregistered trade union. The court held that the plaintift society was entitled to an injunction without making a declaration that the defendant society's rule was ultra ,vii[e» and illegal.
