The Swansea Chamber of Commerce has carried a resolution of protest against tho Declaration of London.
The Chamber of Shipping, representing nine-tenths of British shipping, will shortly discuss condemnatory resolutions. Already several individual chambers have protested against. or refused to approve the Declaration.
