NEW HEBRIDES SCANDALS.
WORSE-THAN SIXTEEN YEARS AGO. (By Telegraph—Press Association Copyright) Sydney, January 21. Tho Rev. Mr. Boyd, a New Hebrides missionary, declares that the condition of the natives in tho New Hebrides is worse than when he went there sixteen years ago. He attributes this to recruiting and sly grog-selling, regarding which he repeats his charge against the French settlers. The condominium, ho says, has failed to bring about better administration.
