The place is lighted throughout- with electricity, .supplied .by the company's .own plant. The departments are, very extensive. ised. The business connection of the firm extends: oil the East . Coast to Herbertvillc and Akitio, north to Wai.pukurau, Jlakaretu, and Ashley Clinton, and south to Woodvillo, while in the Dannevirke 'district''itself," delivery carts traverse-the whole-country. On'o of- the features of the furnituj-q, ncss is the. factory plant situated;' 'in-' Burns Street, and fitted with" the latest machinery appliances driven by, a gas enjjine.
