In connection with the proposal of the British Government to bring tho question of falso trade marks beforo tho Washington International Conference on Industrial Protection, Mr. Tudor (Federal Minister for Customs) states that tho Customs authorities here have challenged many thousands of trade descriptions, numbers of'which proved to be fraudulent and misleading.
