Y.M.C.A., • ' ' '\ "To-day, at tho Chamber of Commerce, 'Customhouse Quay, Mr. -H. C. Lqighton will sell two sections of land,-situated in Alicotown. Tho sections contain respectively 21 perches and 19 perches. The sale will commence at quarter-past i 2. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will sell at Hoadley's Rooms, Napier, on Saturday, January 28, the Hukunui Estate, situated near Patoka, containing 1077 acres of rich grazing land. The estate is all low, easy, limestone country (with the exception of 300 acres), and was originally heavy bush. There are still 200 acres of. good milling bush on the property.
